 Conveyer automatic scales АКВС-1
 Conveyer automatic scales АКВС-1 are designed to weigh dry substances transported by a stationary band conveyer for all industrial use and can be set up in different branches of industries such as fuel and energetic, metallurgical, mining and chemical, etc.
Conveyer automatic scales АКВС-1 is a certified (State Standarts of Russia Certificate) independent local device including:
- load device with 2 tension sensors and cable input 3 m long;
- speed control sensor with cable input 3 m long
- connection box with main cable up to 100 m long to connect tension sensors and speed control sensor to the control and registration box;
- control and registration box
The main scale operation principal is based on measuring output electrical signals from the load sensors and the speed sensor changing proportionally to the load on the conveyor and conveyer band speed.
The results of measuring come into the control and registration box to calculate mass and efficiency. Weighing is constantly taking place without interfering with the workflow and having influence on substances.

Tension sensor (load sensor)
Tension sensors providing fast reaction to vertical effort and instant reaction to the load appearing are applied in АКВС-1. The tension sensors have grade of accuracy 0, 03% and subsidence when nominal load no more than 0,1mm, and that essentially decreases the influence of band tension on the result of weighing. It guarantees the perfect accuracy and the repentance even with irregular load or at high band speed.
The tension sensor case is of stainless steel:
- the cover protection rate IP67;
- supply voltage 10V direct current ;
- operation transfer coefficient 2 mV/V;
- nonlinearity 0,03% of nominal output signal;
- temperature range -30°С..+40°С.

Registration and Control Unit
As Registration and Control Unit special devices Accumass (Siemens-Milltronics) can be used or some systems based on programmed logical controllers SIMATIC S7/C7 (Siemens).
You can set up the scales just on the conveyor and fix it with 4 fixing bolts; rollers support is also fixed on the dynamic beam. As there are no moving parts the service is little, it is only necessary to control calibration.
